Indian Academy of Digital Marketing has strict terms and conditions that it follows very firmly. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from the visitors and students. We will not sell or rent this information to third parties. Unless you ask us not to, we may occasionally contact you via phone/email in the future to tell you about specials, new courses offers, job updates, etc.


  1. Admission to courses offered at Indian Academy of Digital Marketing are reserved to certain eligibility criteria and selection process. Students are requested to participate in the selection process.
  2. Candidates are expected to go through the terms and conditions before enrolling for the course.
  3. Students are expected to understand the course content properly. If there are any queries, they must be cleared at the time of admission itself.
  4. Indian Academy of Digital Marketing is not liable for any services after the admitted course duration.
  5. Admission once taken cannot be transferred to any third person.


  1. Fees should be paid at the time of admission and are inclusive of taxes.
  2. The course fees are subject to change without notice, as per the manager’s discretion.
  3. In exceptional cases and solely at management’s discretion, if any candidate’s course fees is split into multiple payments, the same is done as per below conditions :
  • 80% of the course fees to be paid at time of admission.
  • 20% of the remaining fees to be paid dated not later than 15 days from date of joining.
  • Dishonoured cheques shall be reported to the relevant authorities to be dealt as per law of the land.
  • Dishonouring of cheque would attract a penalty of Rs.1500/-. The penalty may be revised from time to time.
  • If a candidate, defaults on the 2nd instalment payment, the admission is automatically terminated.
  • Fees can be paid through cash/online/cheque and is not refundable.


  1. 90% attendance is mandatory for all sessions to ensure maximum benefit from the concerned course.
  2. All the given assignment must be upload on the candidate’s portal for certification.
  3. Certificate only given when you finished all the assignment
  4. 4. If you are trying to login more than four times then your account will be blocked permanently.

Job Assistance

We are partnered with many different organizations and HR agencies that help us arrange interviews for our students at different organizations for jobs or internships. We will schedule interviews for you after the course completion (or midway if available) depending on the job description and your profile.

  • Job packages will be as per the company standard.
  • We don’t promise a specific job profile for any particular skill.
  • You cannot claim the another job after you reject a confirm job

No Refund

Refunds will not be provided in any case when a student decides to discontinue for any reason whatsoever. We thrive hard to deliver the courses in the best possible manner and in time. We will try to solve all the issues students have in completing the course rather than supporting a refund claim.
